Kimberly is an associate attorney at Hartsell & Williams, P.A. and is proud to serve the community where she grew up. As a native of Concord and graduate of Cannon School, she is thrilled to return to Cabarrus County and give back to the place that has shaped her.
Kimberly graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in Political Science and minored in History and Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (“PPE”). She then attended Campbell University School of Law, where she honed her skills in legal research, writing, and analysis. At Campbell, Kimberly was an active member of the Campbell Law Observer, a student-run online legal journal that deepened her understanding of a wide array of legal topics.
Before joining Hartsell & Williams, Kimberly gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk in both family law and civil litigation, where she developed a strong foundation in client advocacy and courtroom procedures. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Jefferson Griffin at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where she observed the intricacies of appellate law and assisted in drafting opinions, further strengthening her legal acumen.
At Hartsell & Williams, Kimberly’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and civil litigation. She is committed to providing compassionate, effective representation for clients navigating complex legal matters related to wealth management, probate, and general civil disputes.
Outside of her legal practice, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and black Labrador, Harvey. She is also an avid wake surfer and loves to unwind with a good book.
